Cloud Platform Adoption Specialist

The primary objective of this role is to spearhead the adoption of our cloud-based platform within the accounting sector. By fostering strong relationships with sales teams, we can collectively deliver tailored business plans for partners that align with their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive the implementation and integration of our cloud-based platform within accounting firms.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to develop targeted business plans for partners.
- Foster open communication with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and effective problem-solving.
- Provide comprehensive support to partners on data migration, technical queries, and issue escalations.
- Hold a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
- Possess at least 3 years of experience in accounting or public accounting.
- Demonstrate a results-driven mindset and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
