Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the full data lifecycle, ensuring the quality of key statutory datasets. This role requires managing minor datasets and providing seamless leave coverage for other reports.

The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking data extraction, cleansing, submission, reconciliation cycle for dataset, maintaining quality control and reconciliation measures, liaising with staff involved in front end data collection to ensure understanding of data and data integrity requirements, and providing Subject Matter Expertise in matters pertaining to statutory data collections as required.

This includes working with internal service providers and stakeholders to set up capture and reporting structures for new services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake data extraction, cleansing, submission, reconciliation cycle for dataset
  • Maintain quality control and reconciliation measures
  • Liaise with staff involved in front end data collection to ensure understanding of data and data integrity requirements
  • Provide Subject Matter Expertise in matters pertaining to statutory data collections
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a qualified and experienced Health Information Manager or Data Manager background, excellent analytical, conceptual, organisational skills, and intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
