Accounts Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Accounts Officer to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable and payable, bank reconciliations, staff time sheet processing, payroll processing, and general ledger account reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities- Process accounts receivable and payable, including collection, payments, reference checks, and queries
- Manage bank reconciliations and ensure accurate and timely processing
- Process staff time sheets and payroll, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Perform general ledger account reconciliations and ensure accuracy and completeness
- Manage intercompany transactions and general journal processing
- Provide administrative support to the finance team, including filing, archiving, and vehicle and telephone management
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management skills. Experience with online accounting systems, including MYOB, is highly desirable.
