National Account Manager

Bulla Dairy Foods is a proud Australian family-owned business with a rich history of crafting high-quality dairy products. We are seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to join our commercial sales team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving profitable growth and strengthening customer relationships across the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), leisure, travel, and cinema/theatre channels. Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Managing sales activities and distributor networks across the QSR and related channels.
- Negotiating supply agreements and maintaining strong relationships with national key accounts.
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, providing actionable insights.
- Ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards in all sales activities.
- Collaborating with internal teams to create promotional programs that align with company growth targets.
- Continuously enhancing professional skills and contributing to a proactive, innovative sales culture.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years' experience in sales, account management, or strategic marketing within the FMCG sector.
- Proven track record in managing national accounts, ideally within the QSR, leisure, travel, or cinema/theatre markets.
- Strong business acumen with expertise in financial management, market analysis, and competitor evaluation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with ACCC guidelines related to customer pricing agreements.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel interstate occasionally.
