Exciting Opportunity for a National Account Manager

Bulla Dairy Foods, a proud Australian family-owned business, is seeking a dynamic National Account Manager to join our commercial sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth and strengthening customer relationships across the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), leisure, travel, and cinema/theatre channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Manage sales activities and distributor networks across the QSR and related channels.
  • Negotiate supply agreements and maintain strong relationships with national key accounts.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, providing actionable insights.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in all sales activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create promotional programs that align with company growth targets.
  • Continuously enhance professional skills and contribute to a proactive, innovative sales culture.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience in sales, account management, or strategic marketing within the FMCG sector.
  • Proven track record in managing national accounts, ideally within the QSR, leisure, travel, or cinema/theatre markets.
  • Strong business acumen with expertise in financial management, market analysis, and competitor evaluation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with ACCC guidelines related to customer pricing agreements.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel interstate occasionally.
