Job Title: Dedicated Customer Service Professional

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that plays a key part in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing technical knowledge of new home construction. As an Assistant Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for assisting senior Customer Care Managers and direct supervisors in performing their duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete Division and/or Customer Care orientation, onboarding, and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Develop literacy in construction warranty, root cause analysis, construction, and technical language to effectively communicate with customers and stakeholders.
  • Responsible for quality inspections of homes prior to delivery to customers to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Assist other Customer Care Managers and/or direct supervisor in monitoring warranty repairs, validating service ticket progression, coordinating and conducting on-site warranty inspections, and entering line items and generating work orders in the service system.
  • Gain proficiency in interacting with all customer types with varying communication styles, personalities, and levels of homeownership experience.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Construction or Engineering is preferred.
  • A valid Driver's License is necessary as driving is an essential function of this position.

This role requires excellent verbal and written communications skills, the ability to read blueprints, and general knowledge of building codes. We are seeking individuals who are committed to customer satisfaction and have some customer service and construction experience or equivalent.
