As a key player in our operations team, the Automation Engineer Graduate will be instrumental in enhancing efficiency and productivity of our Goods-To-Person automation platforms. This challenging role requires a highly motivated individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvement initiatives across our high-output distribution centre.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Maximising system uptime and optimising platform performance through proactive maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align labour and automation strategies, ensuring seamless integration of processes and maximised output.
  • Analysing operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement, implementing effective solutions to drive business growth and competitiveness.
  • Developing and refining scalable processes to cater to varying demand levels, from low to peak periods.

To excel in this role, you will possess a degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering, combined with excellent leadership qualities, a proactive mindset, and a keen eye for detail. Familiarity with automation systems is highly desirable.
