About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cluster Manager to lead our Northern Sydney region. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has previous retail Cluster Management experience and wants to drive results and engage their team. As our Cluster Manager, you will be responsible for managing the overall performance of Black Pepper and Yarra Trail stores in your region, ensuring they align with our business strategy to maximize profitable sales.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee 8 stores to provide excellent customer interaction, people management, visual merchandise management, and inventory control.
  • Develop and implement tactical plans to deliver outstanding customer service through driving, coaching, and mentoring your team.
  • Lead a culture of continuous improvement and innovation by recommending strategies to improve performance across sales, staff, stock, and systems.
  • Manage performance through goal setting and KPI targets, ensuring staff are aware, supported, and trained to deliver on team budgets and KPIs.
  • Nurture the growth and development of your direct reports to create a talent pipeline within our retail network.
Requirements
  • Previous Cluster Management experience in the retail space.
  • Proven track record of delivering results, driving sales, and engaging teams with expert knowledge of KPIs.
  • Excellent people management skills, including thorough understanding of performance management.
  • Ability to analyze data, act efficiently, and make calculated business decisions.
  • Possess a passion for customers and ability to organize and engage in internal and external eventing.
