About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing technical field services across various projects.

The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations and quality assurance to ensure seamless execution of tasks and activities.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Provide on-site technical support and assistance to customers, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
  • Project Planning: Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and resource allocation plans to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site visits to monitor and evaluate project progress, identify potential risks and take corrective actions as necessary.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, including project managers, engineers and quality assurance personnel to achieve project objectives.

About You

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering technical projects on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
  • Skills: Strong technical knowledge and skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
