Learning Development Specialist

As a key player in shaping organisational capabilities, you will spearhead the design and delivery of impactful learning strategies.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will be a seasoned expert in learning and development who thrives on inspiring others through engaging programmes, impactful coaching, and innovative learning design. You will work closely with stakeholders to keep capability calendars, content libraries, and programmes relevant, engaging, and aligned to business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement bespoke and blended learning solutions – from onboarding and leadership to technical and functional skill-building.
- Drive mandatory training programmes that ensure compliance, safety, and future-readiness.
- Equip leaders to be effective coaches, fostering a culture of continuous feedback and growth.
- Facilitate high-impact learning events, coach frontline leaders, and champion a learning culture across the organisation.
- Oversight of our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring data-driven insights, compliance tracking, and smart reporting.
- A deep understanding of adult learning principles, learning design, and capability frameworks.
- A proven track record in facilitating engaging learning experiences, both online and in-person.
- Experience in coaching managers, driving learning and development initiatives.
