Receptionist Role Overview

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and reception duties. This includes greeting guests and members in a friendly and approachable manner, as well as assisting with general reception tasks, stock take, and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Assist with various reception duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and processing transactions.
  • Contribute to sales growth by cross-selling and approaching guests or members to discuss their needs.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy gym environment, including regular floor checks and ensuring the shop front is presentable.
  • Identify and report any maintenance issues that require attention.
Requirements:
  • A professional and positive attitude, with a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High attention-to-detail skills, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of the role.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Previous customer-facing experience, preferably in a similar environment.
  • Strong PC literacy and administration skills, with proficiency in relevant software applications.
  • Current Level 2 First Aid, CPR, and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
