Frontline Customer Service Representative

Our team members are trained in the most efficient and effective methods of secure handling, from container loads to fragile product to doorstep deliveries.
As a key contact for customers, you will assist with organising collections, pick-ups, quotes, and offer support for freight enquiries via phone and email.
This position requires flexibility with shift times between 7:30am and 6:30pm. Previous customer service experience in call centres, hospitality, and retail is highly regarded.
About You
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Able to quickly build rapport with customers and teammates, both locally and interstate.
- Intermediate skills in data entry with accurate typing skills.
