The Opportunity

We are seeking a Head of Marketing to lead and execute the marketing strategy for our Licensed Brands, including Reebok, Superdry, and Replay. Based in our Richmond Support Centre, this key leadership role will focus on brand development, digital marketing, and customer engagement to drive sales and strengthen brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand growth and customer engagement.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends, and inform marketing decisions.
  • Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistent and compelling messaging across all channels.
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives, optimizing campaigns for maximum impact and ROI.
  • Develop customer engagement strategies to enhance loyalty and retention.
  • Collaborate with sales, product development, and merchandising teams to drive business results.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Plan and execute promotional events and product launches to drive sales and brand awareness.
  • Manage relationships with external marketing agencies and vendors to ensure effective partnerships.
  • Mentor and lead the marketing team, fostering a high-performance culture and driving business growth.
Requirements
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3+ years in a senior marketing role, ideally within the apparel, footwear, or sporting goods industry.
  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Strong financial acumen and budget management experience.
