About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Supervisor at Panthers Penrith.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead our team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage outlet, including staff management, performance management, and disciplinary action.
  • Assist employees and customers with enquiries, resolve conflicts, and manage customer complaints.
  • Order stock, roster staff, and manage staffing levels to ensure efficient operations.
  • Complete Daily Shift Reports, follow up on corrective actions, and ensure daily cash reconciliation, handling, and processing.
  • Develop strategies to drive customer engagement and ensure all areas are presented and cleaned to a high standard at all times.
  • Ensure the comfort and wellbeing of members and guests by adhering to WHS requirements and Panthers policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.
Requirements
  • At least 1-2 years' experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry.
  • Fantastic written and verbal communication skills, exceptional shift management, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to deal with complex situations, make effective business decisions, and possess intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft applications.
  • High standard of personal grooming, food, wine, and beverage knowledge, and current RSA/RCG qualifications.
  • Food Safety Supervisor Certificate preferred and relevant qualifications in Hospitality and/or Management advantageous.
