Food and Beverage Team Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Team Lead to join our dynamic team at the Western Sydney Conference Centre, part of the Panthers Group and Pullman Sydney Penrith.

  • Our hotel features 153 guest suites, an elite fitness centre, sauna, restaurant, bar, and café, with secure underground parking.
  • We boast a 1,250sqm conference and convention centre with dedicated bar, reception, and green room, along with best-in-class audio visual equipment.

Role Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for developing and motivating the event operations team.
  • You will lead and inspire a guest-centric, professional, innovative, and flexible team where service is a passion rather than a job.
  • Success will be underpinned by innovative and tailored guest experiences delivered above expectations, consistent financial performance, and an engaged team culture.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience in a food and beverage supervisor or similar role is highly regarded.
  • Five-star experience is advantageous but not necessary.
  • Team development is a strong focus of this role.
  • A current responsible service of alcohol certificate is required.
