This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail professional to join our dynamic team and take on the challenge of leading a large store team.

Day-to-Day

As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 20 team members.
  • Driving the Ghanda values with your store team.
  • Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction.
  • Liaising with your Stock Allocator, as well as working independently, to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space.
  • Preparing and monitoring: store rosters, sales reports & store/team compliance.
