Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the day-to-day operational running of the store, ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies and achievement of targets.
  • Coach, motivate, and support the in-store team to deliver outstanding customer service and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Manage stock control, store procedures, and organize teams to optimize sales performance.
  • Take responsibility for the successful running and trading of the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
  • Develop a strong retail floor presence, influencing sales space and ensuring the store remains visually appealing.
