We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Partnership Coordinator to join our ANZ Key Account Management team.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work under supervision, contributing to the sales efforts for IQVIA products and services within allocated accounts.

Main goal will be to achieve assigned revenue targets and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Collaboration will be key as you work closely with the client service team and internal IQVIA offering teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.

You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding and addressing clients' needs by proposing multiple fit-for-need solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates and executes commercial partnerships to drive revenue growth and expand existing client relationships.
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients to identify and understand their business needs.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
  • Identifies and pursues new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Promotes IQVIA's products and services to clients and ensures they are aware of the benefits and value proposition.
  • Liaises with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Monitors client satisfaction and makes recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3-5 years of proven Account Management experience.
  • Basic knowledge of IQVIA core products, customer account management, and familiarity with IQVIA information solutions/services portfolio will be an advantage.
  • Exceptional communication and listening skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously, taking ownership of tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Demonstrated strength in collaboration, fostering teamwork across departments.
  • Proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and being process-driven.
  • Business development experience and exceptional presentation skills to showcase our solutions effectively.
  • Currently living in Australia with full time working rights.
