About the Role

The Partnerships Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Partnerships Team to grow LegalVision's network of partners across Australia and New Zealand. This includes maintaining relationships with strategic partners, conducting outreach to new potential partners, and managing partner relationships to ensure the flow of referred leads.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, organised, and commercially-minded individual with strong communication skills. They will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to execute tasks while keeping an eye on the bigger picture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain key relationships with strategic partners and ensure their clients' legal needs are effectively met
  • Conduct proactive outreach to new potential high-value partners and schedule meetings with the Head of Partnerships
  • Own partner relationships to ensure the flow of referred leads is growing
  • Manage outbound referrals for LegalVision clients requiring the services of our bank of partners
  • Support project management of events and marketing campaigns aimed at generating a consistent flow of inbound partners and referred leads
  • Provide administrative support to improve the overall efficiency of the partnership function
