Leadership Role

This leadership position provides strategic support to our daily operations across VIC, SA and WA. As a key member of the team, you will play a lead role in developing and implementing high performance and engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive organisational change initiatives to deliver planned outcomes.
  • Enable leaders to lift their performance management effectiveness and leverage high performers' impact on business results.
  • Manage Industrial Relations, including Enterprise Agreement negotiations and award interpretations.
  • Partner with leaders to manage complex ER/IR cases and provide strategic direction.
  • Support the Health, Safety and Environment team to drive HS&E initiatives.
  • Facilitate effective Talent Reviews and talent management processes.
  • Develop a constructive culture and increase employee engagement.
  • Establish sound recruitment, selection and induction processes.

About You

We are looking for a self-motivated & passionate HR professional who has proven experience in leading change and delivering exceptional employee experiences. You will have strong commercial acumen and the ability to create innovative solutions.

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or equivalent.
  • Significant experience at a senior level in Human Resources (generalist).
  • Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
  • Strong working knowledge of IR/ER legislation.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Good understanding of Safety Culture and safety leadership.
  • Ability to think outside the box and drive innovation.
