Leadership Role
This leadership position provides strategic support to our daily operations across VIC, SA and WA. As a key member of the team, you will play a lead role in developing and implementing high performance and engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive organisational change initiatives to deliver planned outcomes.
- Enable leaders to lift their performance management effectiveness and leverage high performers' impact on business results.
- Manage Industrial Relations, including Enterprise Agreement negotiations and award interpretations.
- Partner with leaders to manage complex ER/IR cases and provide strategic direction.
- Support the Health, Safety and Environment team to drive HS&E initiatives.
- Facilitate effective Talent Reviews and talent management processes.
- Develop a constructive culture and increase employee engagement.
- Establish sound recruitment, selection and induction processes.
About You
We are looking for a self-motivated & passionate HR professional who has proven experience in leading change and delivering exceptional employee experiences. You will have strong commercial acumen and the ability to create innovative solutions.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or equivalent.
- Significant experience at a senior level in Human Resources (generalist).
- Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
- Strong working knowledge of IR/ER legislation.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Good understanding of Safety Culture and safety leadership.
- Ability to think outside the box and drive innovation.
