The Regional Operations Manager role is a senior leadership position responsible for leading multiple sites across Eastern Victoria.

Reporting to the Business Manager and leading a large team, this role requires strategy development and execution, people development, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

To succeed in this role, site managers must consistently meet KPIs relating to safety, productivity, and service in line with broader business objectives. Proactive development and implementation of improvement plans are also essential.

This includes driving Workplace Health, Safety & Environment (WHSE) performance across the region, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.

In addition, the Regional Operations Manager will develop and deliver annual operational budgets for their business and contribute to business planning and strategy development as a member of the Senior Leadership Team.

Key to success in this role is developing a customer-centric team culture that delivers exceptional customer experiences at every opportunity.

This position can be based in either Koo Wee Rup or Leongatha, Victoria.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in operations management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate teams.

A degree in a related field such as business or engineering would be highly regarded. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also essential.

Besides being a strategic thinker, you will need to be hands-on and able to drive change initiatives forward. You will work closely with site managers to ensure they have the resources and support needed to achieve their goals.
