Business Growth Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Growth Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and profitability across our regions.

Your primary responsibility will be to support and develop our franchise partners and company stores within your designated region. This includes increasing sales and profitability, adhering to coaching in line with business objectives, and ensuring brand consistency.

To achieve this, you will:

  • Review weekly sales performance of company stores and implement strategies to improve sales across the portfolio.
  • Regularly review sales reports and performance metrics of franchisee stores and assist franchisees where possible to ensure profitability of company stores and franchise locations.
  • Ensure the presentation of each store is of the highest standard.
  • Implement operational policies and procedures that maintain brand consistency.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to company team members and franchise partners on company policies, products, and services.
  • Monitor franchise partner compliance with brand standards and policies.
  • Assist with managing and resolving conflicts between franchise partners and the company.
  • Assist new franchise partners with the onboarding process.

You will have a track record of driving business growth and profitability in retail, sales, or franchise management. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong leadership abilities, and the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
