Lead Territory Sales Representative

The Position: We seek an exceptional Lead Territory Sales Representative to build strong commercial relationships with resellers, influencers, and producers within a key Victorian territory. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, this role involves:

  • Actively promoting, recommending, and selling our products
  • Connecting with the farmer network and accurately tracking customer activity
  • Collaborating with resellers across the territory to develop, monitor, and implement business plans and forecasting reports
  • Representing our brand at relevant industry functions and field days

The Person: We are looking for a highly skilled individual with:

  • A minimum of 5 years' sales experience within the agricultural industry, including knowledge of the reseller network and partnering across the supply chain
  • Experience working within a similar territory and understanding of relevant agronomic issues
  • Sound commercial acumen and well-developed sales skills
  • A positive and proactive team player with excellent communication skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in agriculture or equivalent industry experience
