Retail Sales Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Expert to join our organization. The ideal candidate will embody the values of exceptional customer service and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products to address customer needs, drive sales growth, and contribute to commercial success.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a customer-facing role or environment with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • A collaborative mindset, with a history of working effectively within a team to achieve shared goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to empathize with customers, manage conflict, and provide excellent customer care.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • Working knowledge of skin care and hair care industries, with a desire to continuously develop expertise.
  • Knowledge of fragrance, body care, and home categories, with a willingness to learn and grow.

This is a part-time position with an on-site working pattern.
