Vehicle Registration Expert

The CMV Truck and Bus team is seeking a diligent individual to oversee the registration process of vehicles, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and complete.

As a key member of the Registration Team, you will be responsible for inspecting and sighting all vehicles to gather necessary information, reviewing all documentation to guarantee precise registrations, collecting and entering vehicle details onto the state dealer online system, and forwarding completed paperwork to VicRoads in compliance with company and state regulations.

Although previous experience in vehicle registrations is beneficial, it is not essential. The ideal candidate should possess strong attention to detail, excellent organisational and time management skills, and effective communication abilities to work seamlessly with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and sight all vehicles to gather accurate information required for registration
  • Review all paperwork to ensure accurate registrations are complete
  • Collect and enter accurate vehicle details onto the state dealer online system
  • Forward all paperwork to VicRoads when complete in line with company and state regulations
  • Resolve any issues delaying Vehicle Registration Process
