Operational Due Diligence Specialist

Join our team and become a key player in the effective implementation of Cbus' Operational Due Diligence framework.

This role is part of the Investment Risk & Compliance team, responsible for driving an optimised balance between risk, reward, and support of Investments and Investment Enablement through developing and advocating for strong risk frameworks and ensuring robust compliance within Investments.

The successful candidate will have expertise in investment compliance and operational risk experience, ideally within a superannuation fund or related environment across different asset classes and hedge funds.

Key areas of focus include:

  • Operational due diligence of investment managers
  • Risk reporting and communications

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of operational due diligence processes and be able to identify and mitigate potential risks.
