Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage the operational planning and control of our water resources.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and promoting a culture of safety, flexibility, and collaboration.

You will be responsible for ensuring efficient and reliable system operations, as well as proactively working to enhance the customer experience.

Key aspects of this role include:

  • Managing a dynamic team of water resource operators to ensure their safety in complex, remote, and often isolated operations.
  • Optimizing the reliability, quality, movement, and use of our water resources.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Highly developed computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.

• Ability to exercise sound judgement, initiative, and discretion in the management of contractors.

• Strong leadership and coordination skills.
