About your new role:

You will be responsible for the management of disputed customer accounts. Your key duties include:

  1. Identify and Resolve Disputes: Identify the root cause of disputes raised by customers and work to resolve them through investigation, mediation, or negotiation.
  2. Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Offer great customer service to customers, leaving a lasting impression of professionalism and courtesy.
  3. Manage Account Information: Create and adjust account information in the accounting system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

About you:

We are looking for someone with:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and customers, both written and verbal.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized, able to establish priorities and work in a demanding environment while exercising sound judgment.
  • Dispute Resolution Experience: A proven background in dispute resolution management, with a strong understanding of relevant legislative and policy requirements.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in standard MS Suite of products, with the ability to create and manage account information efficiently.
