As a Front Office Team Leader at Rydges Parramatta, you will be responsible for leading a team of front office staff and ensuring that our guests receive a high level of service and support during their stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • To lead a team of front office staff and ensure that they are providing excellent service to our guests
  • To manage the front office operations, including checking-in and checking-out guests, handling guest complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • To work closely with other departments, such as housekeeping and food and beverage, to ensure that our guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience

Requirements

  • A strong background in Reservations and/or Front Office is preferred
  • Ability to work a rotational roster
  • The ability to multi-task as well as work under pressure
  • A team player, with flair for customer service
  • Experience with Opera PMS will be highly regarded
