Human Capital Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Human Capital Transformation Specialist to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise in business analysis and service transformation to drive strategic initiatives and improve people management services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of business cases, requirements gathering, and process mapping to inform solution design and implementation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, SMEs, and implementation partners to ensure successful project delivery
  • Contribute to integration, testing, service transition, and change readiness efforts
Requirements:
  • 10+ years' experience in HR business analysis and service transformation
  • Proven track record of implementing SuccessFactors solutions across key HR modules
  • Strong skills in documentation, stakeholder engagement, and business process mapping (e.g. Signavio)
  • Ability to operate in complex, evolving environments
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and human-centred design approaches
