Product Manager – People Services (Workday & Zendesk)

We are seeking a Product Manager – People Services to lead our HR technology portfolio, including Workday, SmartRecruiters, and Zendesk, to deliver solutions that enhance the employee experience.
The opportunity
In this role, you will:
- Lead the People Digital product portfolio throughout the employee lifecycle, including HR Core, Compensation & Remuneration Review, Performance, Talent, Recruiting (ATS), and Learning (LMS).
- Develop and implement product roadmaps aligned with the Group People strategy.
- Oversee operational delivery and support, ensuring products evolve with business needs while maintaining high availability and compliance.
- Monitor product performance, drive adoption and engagement, and deliver bi-annual Workday releases.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across People & Culture, IT, Finance, and Procurement.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Product Specialists and Advisers to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
- Manage relationships with third-party suppliers and consultants to optimize outcomes.
About you
You'll be a strong leader with a passion for HR technology and digital enablement. To succeed, you should have:
- 5–7 years' experience in HRIS configuration and leadership (Workday preferred) with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Deep knowledge of HR technology landscape and SaaS/cloud platforms.
- Experience leading product releases, system configuration, and operational support.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior/executive levels.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative leadership style.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field; HR experience is preferred.
