Job Overview

This role is responsible for overseeing the execution of estate-related activities, including maintenance requests, survey & quote activities, and works projects. As a Lead, you will also review and approve project proposals.

  • Ensure timely and efficient completion of estate maintenance tasks.
  • Manage and supervise the execution of works projects, adhering to timelines, budgets, and standards.
  • Coordinate survey initiatives and prepare quotes for works projects.
  • Conduct regular safety performance reviews of ongoing projects.
  • Evaluate project quality, ensuring all work meets or exceeds established standards.
  • Identify areas for process improvements and collaborate with teams to implement best practices.
About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 7 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years' experience in a leadership role within a similar industry.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, including working with government agencies, contractors, and external partners.
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools and software; demonstrated ability to implement and manage continuous improvement processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional Project Management (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.

You must be an Australian Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance.
