Our ideal candidate is a high-performing lawyer with mid to senior-level experience. They will be responsible for providing legal services and support to multiple business units across the organization. Key Responsibilities
  • Providing legal advice and support on commercial agreements, including drafting and negotiating master services agreements, SaaS agreements, complex software licenses, and white label arrangements.
  • Contributing strategic input and legal solutions on business matters, such as group transformation projects, outsourcing arrangements, M&A transactions, corporate restructures, and CPS 230 implementation.
  • Participating in the provision of corporate advisory legal advice to all business units serviced by the team.
About You
  • Admitted as a legal practitioner in Australia with 6-8 years post-qualification experience.
  • Private practice or in-house experience involving technology contracting, outsourcing, and general commercial vendor contract reviews and negotiations.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, ability to negotiate and draft on material agreements of strategic importance.
  • Knowledge of technology law, operational risk management regulations, privacy, and data protection.
