Job Description

The Home Support Officer will be the face of the home, providing exceptional customer service to all key stakeholders while coordinating administrative tasks.

This permanent part-time opportunity offers flexibility with varied rosters, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

  • Week 1: Wednesday and Thursday
  • Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A strong focus on building and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to understand and use contemporary IT applications and platforms
  • A commitment to working within Calvary's Mission, Vision, and Values
  • Proven organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Previous experience in aged or healthcare (desirable)
  • Rostering and payroll experience using Kronos (desirable)
  • Qualifications in Administration (desirable)
