Overview

Chanel is dedicated to creating conditions for people to perform at their best, with opportunities for growth, inclusivity, collaboration and respect for diversity. This role is part time (35 hours) with a roster including some weekends and some late nights.

The Skincare Therapist is the skin expert who delivers care and expertise to clients using Chanel facial methodologies, creating a unique and memorable experience for each client.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized skincare consultations and facial massage using Chanel trained techniques.
  • Understand client skincare needs and propose personalized skincare programs that deliver results and client satisfaction.
  • Share skincare knowledge, trends and Chanel facial techniques with clients to inspire exploration of the Beauty range.
  • Coach and offer skincare knowledge to Beauty Advisors as a voice of influence and inspiration.
  • Monitor category performance and partner with the boutique manager to improve client interest in the category.
  • Actively retain and recruit clients while developing your client portfolio.
What You Will Bring
  • Expert knowledge in beauty trends and the skin, with understanding of skin treatments.
  • Storytelling ability to engage and inspire clients and team members.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to self-learn; influencer of skincare best practice.
  • Professional knowledge and certification in beauty therapy or equivalent diploma/certificate.
  • Professional image suitable to lead in the skincare category.

This is a part-time position with a 35-hour roster, including some weekends and late nights.
