**Implementation Specialist Role Overview**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Implementation Specialist to join our Client Services team.

As an Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the entire life cycle of our HR solutions, from project kickoff to finalization.

Our Client Services team is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will work on diverse projects with clients ranging from small businesses to enterprise-level organizations, gaining insights into various industries' HR practices.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Apply demonstrated Project Management skills
  • Develop excellent communication skills for diverse audiences
  • Work closely with databases and possess a strong systems mindset
  • Embody a customer service ethic and focus on client satisfaction
  • Collaborate as part of a dedicated team while working autonomously
