Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to join our team at Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide superior customer service to meet the needs of our clients, ensuring a positive experience and building strong relationships.
  • Administrative Support: Assist in vendor management, financial processes, and general administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Facilities Management: Maintain a safe and clean work environment, coordinate conference rooms, and oversee site cleanliness.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues promptly, escalating concerns to management as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in property/facilities/project management-related fields or receptionist experience.
  • Skills: Advanced Excel skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, analytical and/or financial experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
