We are seeking a strategic quality leader to drive project-wide quality excellence across one of Australia's largest energy refurbishment projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and embedding a comprehensive, project-wide quality framework from the ground up. This includes leading quality planning and assurance across design, manufacturing, fabrication, installation, and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive quality management system that aligns with industry standards and regulations.
  • Lead quality planning and assurance activities, ensuring compliance with Australian and international standards.
  • Establish inspection/test strategies and oversee third-party QA/QC teams.
  • Implement proactive quality mitigation strategies to minimize risks and ensure quality delivery.
  • Coordinate inspections, audits, and sign-offs with contractors, regulators, and stakeholders.
  • Create lasting frameworks for future projects through continuous improvement.

About You:

  • You have experience delivering on large-scale EPC or energy infrastructure initiatives.
  • You have proven success establishing and leading quality management frameworks in major energy infrastructure projects.
  • Expertise in guiding teams of QA/QC professionals is essential.
