Job Title:

Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Description:

The role involves ensuring quality assurance of products, systems and materials. This includes managing customer and consumer complaints, undertaking data analysis and developing action plans to improve quality performance.

Responsibilities include conducting root cause analysis to prevent reoccurrence of non-conformances, addressing environmental regulations and performing internal audits.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years' experience in a relevant industry is required. Demonstrated understanding of Root Cause Analysis is also necessary.

Intermediate skills in using Quality Management programs are essential. Ability to mentor and coach others is also desirable.
