About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at Humanforce. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of our Human Capital Management (HCM) suite for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Delivery: Lead the delivery of complex software projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Customer Engagement: Maintain regular communication with clients, managing their expectations and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Resource Management: Partner with internal colleagues to effectively allocate resources, ensuring successful project execution.
  • Process Improvement: Lead efforts to refine processes for enhanced project outcomes, focusing on key performance indicators.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify and manage potential project risks, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal procedures.
  • Financial Management: Oversee project budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure ongoing financial accountability.
  • Change Management: Develop change management plans to guide clients through new system implementations.
  • Post-Implementation Support: Oversee support after implementation, manage escalations, and conduct project reviews.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing multiple software implementation projects simultaneously.
  • Strong grasp of software project management principles and methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a keen eye for detail and employing critical thinking.
  • Robust organisational and time management capabilities.
  • Effective problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
