The Position

We seek a visionary leader to helm our Canberra team, reporting directly to the NSW/ACT Manager. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing a high-performing team of consultants to deliver exceptional clinical consulting services;
  • Managing complex cases through effective case management and escalation processes;
  • Collaborating with the Managing Director and NSW/ACT State Manager to ensure outstanding delivery standards for clients;

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications and 4+ years' experience in Occupational Rehabilitation, accompanied by 2+ years in a leadership capacity;
  • A strong working knowledge of Workers Compensation and injury management principles;
