**Education Business Specialist Role Summary:**

Officeworks seeks a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Internal Education Business Specialist. This is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract based in either WA or SA.

As an Internal Education Business Specialist, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end solutions for education business customers. Your primary goal will be to maintain, grow, and add new business customers to your portfolio, contributing to the success of both yours and the overall business team.

To achieve this, you will need to methodically plan your busy schedule to meet the demands of our customers. You will work closely with our Store Business Team and their support team members to help meet the needs of local education customers in their community. Additionally, you will introduce, maintain, and evolve relationships, building strong connections with your clients.

This role requires a candidate with strong rapport-building skills and a customer-centric approach. They should have prior experience in a sales environment, preferably in a B2B relationship management role, with intermediate Excel skills to interpret data and assist in proactively planning out their day. The ideal candidate will want to further develop their sales skills within an environment where their focus is on developing credible relationships with business customers. Experience using the Salesforce CRM platform is also desirable.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
