Job Title: Residential Maintenance Specialist

About the Role

This is a temporary to permanent position available for a highly skilled facilities officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a portfolio of 100 residential houses.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Action maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Accompany and supervise maintenance contractors on site
  • Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes within the team
  • Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety policies and procedures
  • Verify that maintenance work has been completed to a high standard, following up with contractors as necessary
About You

To succeed in this role, you will require experience in facilities management and be able to demonstrate confidence in your ability to manage a large portfolio of residential properties.

You must also possess excellent customer service skills and be a strong team player, able to contribute to the effective functioning of the organisation.
