Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary level qualifications in Human Resource Management, Commerce/Business, or Psychology.
  • Demonstrated experience in partnering with the business, coaching managers, and driving human resources initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to use data and information to provide insights and comprehensive reports.
  • Effective communication and influencing skills, with the ability to develop and maintain trusted relationships.
