About the opportunity:

The Project Delivery Coordinator reports to the Project Delivery Team Leader and is part of the Project Delivery team. In this highly rewarding role, your focus will be to manage each customer from Consolidated Tender signing through to the completion of construction, delivering an exceptional customer experience while also adhering to timeframes. More specifically, your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage a portfolio of customers from Tender Accept to Completion of Construction
  • Set clear expectations with customers to ensure they have a solid understanding of the pre-construction and construction process and timelines.
  • Prepare, coordinator and deliver contracts and associated documentation for the HIA contract
  • Establish a strong rapport with customers by contacting the customers at least every 2 weeks via phone call to provide a progress update on their build.
  • Maintain each build file in Business Craft with accurate & up to date information including all communications and forecast dates for critical milestones.
  • Provide proactive solutions for the customer to allow the file to continue to progress through the pre-construction process.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments and external stakeholders to meet business objectives.
  • Ensure customer concerns are addressed with urgency and adopt dispute resolution techniques where required.
  • Overall provide the customer with a positive build journey.

  • Previous experience working in fast paced, high volume project coordination
  • The ability to work under pressure successfully managing multiple clients and prioritising workloads
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the residential construction industry including building your own home or a passion for building design
