Responsibilities

- Manage and control the baselined Contract Master Schedule (CMS), including the Work Breakdown Structure, and monitor all variances against the approved project baseline.

- Gather inputs from product leads and technical teams to capture and analyse inter-dependencies, scope, risks, constraints, and milestones in relation to the CMS.

- Proactively identify scheduling issues and implement mitigation strategies to support project objectives.

- Analyse project status data to support management meetings and contribute to monthly Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting.

Next Steps

At Leidos, we don't want someone who "fits the mold"—we want someone who melts it down and builds something better. This is a role for the restless, the over-caffeinated, the ones who ask, "what's next?" before the dust settles on "what's now."

If you're already scheming step 20 while everyone else is still debating step 2… good. You'll fit right in.
