Job Title: Hotel Operations Administrator
We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day hotel operations, including accounts and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage hotel day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with group policies and procedures;
- Prepare, rectify, and balance end-of-day reports (accounts audit);
- Order amenities, linen, and hotel stock;
- Provide full administrative support;
- Manage project administration;
- Invoice clients, manage account payables and receivables;
- Complete payrolls;
- Raise purchase orders;
- Complete all project documents;
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering results. They will also possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and have the ability to work well under pressure.
Australian permanent residency is preferred but not necessary. The successful candidate will need to be a good team player, with attention to detail and high expectations of cleanliness.
