We seek a seasoned and service-oriented Hotel Operations Manager to oversee daily hotel operations across global locations. Effective leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills are crucial for success in this role.
- Lead and manage hotel staff, including training, performance, and scheduling.
- Supervise daily hotel operations to ensure high guest satisfaction and effective feedback handling.
- Oversee budgets, financial reports, and cost control for optimal profitability.
- Maintain compliance with international hospitality standards, health, safety, and legal regulations.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to drive occupancy and revenue.
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or Business Administration.
- 7 years of managerial experience in hospitality or hotel operations.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities.
- Knowledge of international hotel standards, POS systems, and hospitality software.
- Fluency in English is essential.
This role requires relocation and work in multicultural environments. It also involves managing luxury hotels and possessing excellent communication skills.
