We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team in a casual role providing support to our sales team and assisting in the daily running of our health club.

The ideal candidate will be able to maintain a high standard of product knowledge, assist in developing a strong team environment and deliver exceptional customer service. Key skills required for this role include a professional work ethic, an outgoing personality and the ability to work well under pressure.

Some key responsibilities for this position will include:

  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving member inquiries in a timely manner
  • Assisting with the development of new products and services

To be successful in this role you will need to have previous experience in a sales or customer service environment, as well as a strong interest in health and fitness.

Schedule:

This is a casual position, meaning you will have flexibility in your working hours. You will need to be available to work a minimum of 10 hours per week, with the possibility of more hours becoming available as needed.
