  • Member Experience: Be the host of your club, creating a WOW experience and cultivating an engaging community.
  • Sales and Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales and marketing techniques to drive membership growth and engagement.
  • Operational Excellence: Managing club operations, including sales calls, member enquiries, cleaning, equipment maintenance, social media, and inventory management.
  • Team Leadership: Hiring, coaching, and mentoring a team of fitness professionals to ensure our members receive the best fitness experience.
  • Performance Metrics Oversight: Monitor KPI progression and collaborate with the leadership team to achieve strategic targets.

Requirements:

  • Current qualifications in Fitness.
  • Current CPR & First Aid certifications.
  • Current Blue card status.
